Which just touches off the usual skill cancel war. I highly recommend that you switch randomly between interrupting PS and Trampling after you get the first PS. Otherwise, I know that you're always going to try to interrupt the PS, skill cancel, and you're now in the Nat Stride game I want you in. It costs you some damage on the times you interrupt Trampling, but it's well worth the overall returns.

I thought I would hate ROJ and that it was pointless, but I've seen that it can actually be useful for getting melee players off your ass.

sigh :/
do you think support will check if i submit a ticket for syncers? got my 5-6 win streak ended earlier by some syncers which was pointed out by a monk in my team that they were all from top guilds. 3 of them were from the same guild too. Wanted to submit a ticket but feel discouraged as i have no idea if it will work since its very hard to prove syncing altho there was a good lot reason to believe the team i faced was a synced one.
oh yea just earlier on i had 3 guys in the same team with me from same guild trying to sync in an asian dist. when they got 2 of us they started sighing and demanding us to resign and claimed they won't fight. Lol
Srsly must u guys even ruin this title track?

I was playing ele today and got dominated by a sin, every time I blinded him he would get rid of it almost instantly. He would use that signet like a ranger would use an interrupt to my spell :\
Should have gave sins Mobeius or something >:|

Beating assassins mostly comes down to "interrupting" PS or failing that, trampling ox. Every class has a way to do this, but you have to be paying attention (while the sin of course 123s ftw). Pretty easy to predict against 80% of narutards, but the rest you get the skill cancel war mentioned.

Blame the devs. The incentives to sync Costume Brawl were bad enough two years ago. Player skill is exponentially additive, because it's basically a kill count map with some incentives to cap. If the rest of the team is comprised of idiots and gets farmed, my relative level of playskill is meaningless. In Snowball Arena or Dragon Arena, you can often carry a bad team against a somewhat better team. That doesn't fly here, because individual idiocy gets punished a lot harder and individual playskill doesn't get rewarded as strongly.
Couple that with bonuses for consecs...and anyone whose goal is to max the Gamer title track either syncs or is a complete idiot. Since better players tend to have more lofty goals...you get the idea.
Even if you DO implement the RA fix, people will counter by splitting large groups of people across every possible type of district, then subdivide into voice comm channels based on who they land with. If you get enough people syncing at the same time, you WILL land in the same teams.
The only way to deter syncing would be to hand out a lot of bans. The incentives to sync Costume Brawl are that strong, and you can't fix them without stripping Gamer points entirely or redoing the format entirely.

Rofl how many sins have you seen in CB that skill cancel? How many games have you seen the sin not even have to because the ranger just randomly uses savage?

Yeah I figured out people were still syncing after I kept losing over and over and over again while playing randomly because I'm not cheating. When you take the random out of a random battle it just isn't fun at all.

So there's still syncing going on? I was really hoping they'd fixed that 'cause random battles can be really fun, but I kind of figured it out when I lost four times in a row 20 to ~5 going random. gg zz

Where people go to a near empty district, and all join at the same time to make a good team combination.

I like it.
The professions are balanced,etc...
Assassin is the most balanced class, they have:
• Heal
• Shadow Step
• Knock Down
• Poison
• Bleeding
• Deep wound
• Condition removal
• Armor ignoring damage
• Easy energy
• High health regeneration
• And the last but not least,THEY HAVE ADVANTAGE OVER EVERYONE!
Almost a 10 in 1 character.

This. Sins are only labelled OP because most CB players are too retarded to beat them straight up.

I've been playing as a sin for a bit, and I kept laughing my ass off at many other sins I ran into.
The really bad ones would DC at me and lose the initiative on their 123. Most of the time I then managed to SoM the cripple off me when PS finally landed before they could drop me in turn.

Ok, you're saying Sins will do skill cancels. But, you have to remember this is Costume Brawl. Most sins are complete idiots. I've had multiple sins who wait for 6 seconds after they use PS and try to trample me. Unless they are good(rare), they won't skill cancel.

Had a 20+ Win streak with 2 Assassins, Monk, Warrior, Ele.
The one assassin left because, we wouldn't split 3-2 on EoTn map...
After 20 wins I think its fair to say you have a decent group and leaving was a bit pointless on his part. As for gameplay I find most people know what they are doing this year... So happy battles + win streaks! GL to all.
